When Experience Counts




Director Andrea Hardy has 20 years experience in the recruitment and human resources field.  Her recruitment experience has been focused on temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across a diverse range of sectors.  This includes business development, bulk recruitment, assessment centres and account management including design and implementation of recruitment strategies to ensure clients receive a tailored recruitment solution.


With a significant understanding of the recruitment process, candidate management and tailored customer solutions, Andrea is able to quickly adapt to different environments, and has proven experience in the areas of business support, finance & accounting, graphic communication, medical, IT, manufacturing, light industrial.


As an experienced Human Resources professional Andrea has experience in a broad range of HR activities including On Boarding, Creating & Implementing Policies & Procedures, Change Management, Performance Management & Discipline, Performance Appraisals, Employment Relations, Health & Safety, Project Management, and Training & Development (in and HR context).


Andrea holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Consulting from Monash University and is an Fellow of the Recruitment & Consultant Services Association (RCSA).

Short on time?  Let us come to you.  Our mobile service allows you to have less time out of the office and the opportunity to meet with our consultants in a more relaxed environment.  Once we have organised a suitable time and place to meet, you will be forwarded an application form to complete and bring with you, and later all your testing can be done online.

Recruitment & Your Community


Recruitment Inc. is proud to be a Success Partner with Dress for Success Auckland.


Dress for Success is a charity which helps low-income and unemployed women entering or re-entering the workforce by providing free high quality clothing and accessories, plus confidence and grooming advice.


All clothing is donated to Dress for Success by women in the workforce, including through staff of their Success Partners.


Clients of Dress for Success are supplied (free of charge) with one suitable outfit for interviewing (suit/separates, blouse, shoes, handbag, hosiery, cosmetics & accessories).  They keep this outfit.


If successful in getting the job, she is then entitled to a second outfit (which she also gets to keep) before she starts work.


Throughout the process the women are meeting with a team of volunteer personal dressers who help them through the process offering grooming advice to put together their outfit, boosting confidence as well as providing material about interview tips.
